Discovery Call

Service Description

For more information on 1-on-1 health coaching or one-time consultations, book a free 30-minute discovery call with me. You'll get more information about the type of coaching I do, as well as whether or not it might be a good fit for you. We'll get to know each other, and I'll get a chance to hear more about the changes you're looking to make and determine whether or not I'm the person to help you get there. This call comes with absolutely NO STRINGS ATTACHED. If either of us decide that we wouldn't be a good fit, there is absolutely no pressure to commit. I will do my part to respect where you are in your journey, and will never make you feel obligated to sign up with me. I see you as a human being first, not as a way to make money.
